- Attend the site of the accident
- Take any necessary statements from any injured
parties and witnesses
- Produce detailed drawings of the site of
the accident
- Provide photographic evidence of the accident
site and any injuries sustained by client where
appropriate
- Fully investigate contributory factors associated
with the incident
- Complete vehicle damage reports
- Full type-written report, highlighting any
failure to comply with Road Traffic Acts or
H&SAWA to support any claim
- Collect & return signed official documents
- Draw up an action plan
- Private Investigation and Process Serving.
